Hardware changes are far superior to programming, because then with programming you don't have to raise the pressures sky high and duty cycle can stay low, less chance of damaging parts. If you modifiy the valve body, or replace the valve body with a Lentech/Ford racing unit, you will garner the same/better results as programming.
